These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tryamalvi.com and any purchase you make from it (the "Store"), operated by Amalvi ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter a binding contract to purchase from the Store.
Products, descriptions and colours
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative; the colour you see can vary slightly with your screen. The Dual Mist Humidifier adds moisture to the air immediately around it. It is not an air purifier, an air conditioner, or a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. For health questions, speak to a qualified professional.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes where shown at checkout. We may change prices, promotions and bundle offers at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying quantity is in your cart. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where a price was listed in error.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel and refund an order that appears fraudulent, is intended for resale, or breaches these Terms. A contract forms when we send your order confirmation.

You agree not to misuse the Store: no attempts to interfere with its security or operation, no scraping or automated ordering, no fraudulent payments, and no use of the Store in violation of any law. We may suspend or refuse service for conduct that harms us, our suppliers or other customers.
Intellectual property
The Store's content — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Amalvi or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Third-party services
The Store is hosted by Shopify and uses third parties for payments, fulfillment and shipping. Your use of the Store is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the Store means you accept the current Terms.
Governing law
