Shipping
Shipping is free on every order, to every US address, with no minimum.
Orders are packed and on their way within 1–3 business days. From there, delivery takes about 8 days on average. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If you need to correct a delivery address, email shopamalvi@gmail.com before your order ships and we'll update it.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated for a day or two, that's normal early in the journey — it catches up once the parcel reaches the domestic network.
Delays
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier backlogs, weather and holidays can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, email us and we'll track it down or make it right.
Lost, stuck or damaged parcels
If tracking stalls, a parcel is marked delivered but you don't have it, or it arrives damaged, email shopamalvi@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and replace or refund it at no cost to you.
